Although the article does not discuss the anesthetic management of shunt or endoscopic 3d ventriculosomy, it is an excellent review of hydrocephalous and its surgical management with great illustrations.

3 doses of nebulized TXA may be a safe first-line therapy to decrease the need for operative control of post tonsillar bleeding.
