Congratulations to Dr. Randy Flick on receiving the 2025 Society for Pediatric Anesthesia’s Myron Yaster, MD Lifetime Achievement Award. This well-deserved honor not only celebrates Dr. Flick’s extraordinary contributions to pediatric anesthesia but also brings to mind one of our own great mentors from Penn — Dr. Stephen Prevoznik. A proud graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Dr. Prevoznik began his medical journey as a nurse, embodying compassion, dedication, and lifelong learning. His legacy continues to inspire.
