Ephedrine dose correction

An astute reader detected an error in today’s PAAD on the correct dose of ephedrine to use in the treatment of hypotension. The dose should be 1.2 mg/kg, rather than the oft-quoted dose of 0.1 mg/kg. The dose in the original PAAD this morning was written as 1.2 mcg/kg…it should’ve been 1.2 mg/kg. I’m sorry for the error. Myron Yaster DM
