I could be biased because it was my graduation, but I had the privilege to hear Don Berwick give a truly incredible commencement speech. It was so inspiring and moving that I rewatch it every year around graduation season.

Donald M. Berwick (born September 9, 1946) is a former Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Prior to his work in the administration, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement^[1] a not-for-profit organization.

Roger Federer is a Swiss former professional tennis player. He was ranked as the world No. 1 in men's singles by the Association of Tennis Professionals for 310 weeks, including a record 237 consecutive weeks, and finished as the year-end No. 1 five times.
